Sundays, July 15th and 22nd 2-5 PM: “Singlish!” Singing in English is not the same as speaking in English. Thomas Poole will guide our DOC artists through the intricacies of singing in English by aiding artists in choosing correct vowels that “sing.” Participants will learn techniques for that will enable their lyrics to be properly understood. Participants of this informative two-part masterclass will re-learn a familiar song using a new alphabet. Get ready for a surprise! For the second class, singers will prepare a song with this new alphabet, using the principles learned in the first class. with master teacher Thomas Poole.
